Abstract:

هدف از این مقاله بررسی ویژگی های کارآفرینی و موانع آن در بین بانوان است. در ایران با توجه به اینکه حدود نیمی از مردم را بانوان تشکیل می دهند و تقاضای فزاینده ی آنها برای کسب و کار و اشتغال به دنبال افزایش سطح تحصیلات و نقش تامین کننده بخشی از درآمد خانواده ، ایجاب می کند به نقش کارآفرینی بانوان و موانع فردی، فرهنگی و محیطی و سازمانی آنها توجه بیشتری شود. نتایج این مطالعه نشان میدهد که بانوان برای بهره برداری از فرصت های کسب و کار با تعدادی موانع فردی،سازمانی،محیطی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی مواجه اند، به علاوه این موانع در بین زنان و مردان یکسان نیست.
