Pigment and filler absorption in Thermoplastic Acrylic resin

The most important factor in application of a product ,thermoplastic acrylic resin in this research,is final price. Therefore to reach a reasonable price for an acrylic paint based on acrylic resin ,that can maintain its properties, higher percentage of fillers can be used. In this regard we need to study pigment absorption and wetting power of the resin.In this research , we consider a formulation as an unchanged factor and acidity as the variable in filler absorption and finally we have reached the optimum acidity value for the maximum filler absorption while maintain other properties of the resin.
