Abstract:

Nowadays, factors such as globalization, competition and technological development have changed the world of employment opportunities. Accelerated global development, rapidly changing ultra-competitive environment, competitive and market-based economy, transition from industrial society to information society and finally the complex domestic and international markets have caused that the organizations, in order to survive and compete, look for a competitive advantage in order to support them against other competitors and keep them in the competition pass. The only way to achieve this status is differentiation and continuous innovation in products and services, organizational processes, etc. For this purpose, organizations enter to the world of entrepreneurship. This article first deals with description of the concepts of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, and their importance and necessity. The relationship between creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship and types of organizations based on a variety of relations between these three elements in the organization are criticized. This paper’s type of research is theoretical and its methodology is of descriptive – analytical type. Studies are of library type and data collected through note taking. The results imply that there is an interactive and complementary relationship between creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in organizations and based on the relationship between these three elements, the organizations are placed in 5 different models.
