Abstract:

In this paper was proposed an appropriate model to improve ability of using ICT in education organization in Mazandaran- Iran. To determine the effective index in this model used of knowledge and experience of authentic models. Also, an appropriate methodology was designed to develop the model. The methodology follows of a process the four-stage. So that, it Causes adjustment and reform of the model in the different stages. The process of formulating a model follows of the iterative and evolutionary process. This process can modifications and complements based on the following activities and the results of previous activities. In addition, the design of this model are used from other countries' experiences of ICT, And national strategies of the ICT policies and ICT development and opinions of experts. The output of this modeling methodology can cause of improve ability of using ICT in education organization in Mazandaran, Iran. This model is easily applicable. Its operations is simple. It can be used to help be compared Caspian education with other provinces and other countries in the field of information and communication technology
