Role of Land Planning in Development of Sport sites

This study examines the role of Land Planning in development of sport sites. The Main objective this research is the optimal and sustainable utilization of human potential and environment. Sustainable use of land, increase productivity, efficiency and economic efficiency, equilibrium and balance in a reasonable level of development and welfare of its most important functions of the land Planning. Research Methodology of this paper isdescriptive - analytical and data collection procedures, including documentation and library references, topic analysis from perspective of organizing physical space of the sports sites.Optimal use of space, designing, planning, regard of regulations and rules, considering of natural aspects, lands, open spaces and indoor spaces sites, for development of sports sites are the main results of this research.
