The Role of Islamic Culture in the Empowerment of Staff

Islam places great value for occupation and work in such a way that the work is the great worship and a means of nearness to God. For use of data analysis software SPSS Amos x-ray results show that Islamic culture has a positive and significant effect on employee empowerment.
