Synthesis of dialkyl 2-(alkylamino)-7,7-dimethyl-5-oxo- 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-chromene-3,4-dicarboxylate from lkyl isocyanide with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates and Dimedone

The one-pot three-component reaction of alkyl isocyanides and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylateswith Dimedone proceeded at Dichloromethane at room temperature and completed after 2 days to affordtitle compounds.
