Right to Health and Intellectual Property Right

Human rights played vital role in development of the human being but some time their human rights contradict from each other. Right to health has been recognised by most of the human rights bills, but sometimes right to health conflicts with the commercial rights such as intellectual property right basically from the patent of the medicine where inventers or producers of medicine has exclusive right to sell and distribute lifesaving medicines, who do not care about right to health and his only concern is to make profits out of his invention/ research. While having both rights recognised as human rights need to honour each other and in case of conflict, right to health should be prevail over intellectual property right.
