Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships betweenresilience with conflicts resolution in teachers. For this purpose,297 teachers were selected by employing multistage clustersampling. They completed conflicts resolution (Weeks, 1994) andresilience (Connor & Davidson, 2003) scales in turn. Resultsrevealed that there is a significant relationship between resilience,and theirs components with conflicts resolution. The analysis ofregression showed that resilience positively and significantly canpredict teacher's conflicts resolution (P< .001, R2= 0.43). Thefindings indicated that resilience and its component had importantrole in prediction of teacher's conflicts resolution.
