Optimal Congestion Controller for ABR Traffic Network with Uncertain Time-Variant Delays abstract
In this paper we are about to design and examine an optimal controller for available bit rate (ABR) network with time-variant delays in order to
avoid impending network congestion and ensure the quality of service which results in minimizing the loss of packets and jitter. In order to reduce the calculations an observer has been introduced. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness and performance of controller in presence of uncertainties and timevarying propagation delay for discrete model of the network.
