Abstract:

The study examined the relationship between organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship in the city of Kermanshah insurance companies. Methodology of the study is descriptive and correlation. The research will involve 107 people, including employees ofinsurance companies. According to Morgan chart, 86 sample sizes is selected through stratified random sampling and then were studied. A questionnaire was used to collect data, validity and reliability by professors and experts was approved and Cronbach's alpha wasused to calculate organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship which were 95% and 82%. For data analysis the software SPSS 21 was used. The results of correlation analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between the risk component of the corporate culture of creativity and innovation, paying attention to detail, paying attention members of the organization, impact and sustainability ambition decisions on staff and entrepreneurship and research hypotheses were confirmed
