A Noise Canceled Single-to-Differential Low Noise Amplifier Using Differential Active Inductor abstract
This paper presents the design of a single-ended input, differential output low noise amplifier in 0.18μm CMOS technology. In the proposed paper a noise reduction technique is used to improve the noise figure of the single to differential low noise amplifier (S-to-D-LNA). In this method two common source cascode amplifier stage is utilized in the first stage and a common source cascode amplifier stage with common gate cascode stage is used in the differential mode.
