Abstract:
In this study,Bi0.5Y2.5-xFe5+xO12 (x=0.2, 0.3, 0.4) nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method. Characterization of the samples structures were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD).The XRD results showed YIG, YIP and phase formation in all of the samples. Existing phases percentage and real amount of the substituted Irons in dodecahedral sites were calculated.
