Abstract:
Yttrium iron garnet particles of water in oil emulsion system were prepared. Garnet phase and crystal structure of nanoparticles studied by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and far- infrared spectrum (Far-FTIR), respectively. X-ray diffractions show that the sample in 800 °C have garnet single phase. Far- infrared spectrometry (Far-FTIR) show that main bond of 1in the range of 550-650 cm-1 is tetrahedron and bond in the range 300-400 cm-1 is related to the octahedral sites.
