Abstract:
Change is unavoidable and should be designed in order to make useful and effective transitions in organization. Present world increasingly needs the same kind of leading that attends to create organizations which try to activate their potentials and meanwhile think to solve crises and emergency conditions of work environment. In these conditions organization should be informed that being goals is preferred by staying goals in order to get future authorization. In other words, in present age, transition, renewing and reconstruction are important aspects of organizational health; and therefore, change management in organizations is one of managers' the most difficult duties. Paying attention to change and managing it help organization to achieve customers' satisfaction and responsiveness. Responsiveness as a meaning act among several expectations for which legal challenges are removed by agents. This paper presents some conceptions about change management and responsiveness.
