Synthesis and Anticancer Evaluation of (Z)-Ethyl 2-(1-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroimidazo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-3(10bH) ylidene)acetate on Mouse LymphomaCancer Cell Lines (BCL1Clone 5B1b)

N-fused-heterocycles are of interest in organic chemistry because of their pharmaceutical properties. In this study evaluation of anti cancer properties of a fused Imidazole-isoquinoline compound named (Z)-Ethyl 2-(1-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroimidazo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-3(10bH) ylidene)acetate, is reported. This synthesized compound exhibited significant anti-cancer activities against lymphoma cancer cell lines (BCL1Clone 5B1b). Drug toxicity was investigated on in different concentrations based on MTT.
