Abstract:

در این مقاله مروری اجمالی بر روش های تحلیل نانو ساختارها مانند دینامیک مولکولی ، مونته کارلو، الاستیسیته غیر موضعی ، تابع چگالی ،شده است . در ادامه مزایا و محدودیت های اینگونه روش ها با رویکردی مقایسه ای بیان شده است و چارچوبی کلی به منظور تحلیل نانوساختارها براساس اندازه ی نانو ساختار و زمان انجام محاسبات ارائه شده است.
