Identification and Evaluation and Ranking Criteria in the Management Ranks of Tehran Municipal with Fuzzy AHP

The overall objective of this study was to obtain suitable parameters to knowing managers have different levels of management and prioritizing indicators and criteria influencing appointments Administration Human Resources Shhrda Tehran. Sample of the study, all employees, managers and human resource specialists Administration of Tehran and is the 22 regions of a sample of 228 patients, 140 (95%) selected in accordance with the capability of Morgan, was investigated.
