Abstract:

The overall objective of this study was to obtain suitable parameters to knowing managers have different levels of management and prioritizing indicators and criteria influencing appointments Administration Human Resources Shhrda Tehran. Sample of the study, all employees, managers and human resource specialists Administration of Tehran and is the 22 regions of a sample of 228 patients, 140 (95%) selected in accordance with the capability of Morgan, was investigated. Compliance with the provisions of Administrative Order Appointing managers fourth in a researchstudy in our society.5. Managers in the fifth degree is a research study in our society. 6. Creativity and innovation managers in sixth place in society is a research study. 7. Utilization rate ranking seventh in the appointment of the directors of research is the study of society. 8. Rate cooperate ranked eighth in the appointment of the directors of research is the study of society. 9. Previous executive managers in ninth place in society is a research study.
