Abstract:
The proper relationship between financial systems and the production of any country considered as the most important factors for economic development. Banks as the main part of the financial system, have the essential role in providing the manufacturing, business and consumer. The key to success ofbanks is knowledge of requirements and the behavior of customers and meet the expectations of customers about the quality of service. So identification and study of factors affecting the adoption Internet Banking in order to reduce the risk of rejection by customers for electronic banking management is crucial. Project risk management, is warning system for impending trouble thatsolutions are needed and disappear. Therefore, in the ahead research introducing factors influencing IT risk management in electronic banking, ranking these factors according to the survey – descriptive bank of Interest Free Loan Mehr in Tehran was discussed. In order to achieve to the purpose of thesurvey first information required of area by using existing data sources and overviews with relevant experts collected and in continue By applying multi-criteria assessment approach and in particular through the process of fuzzy AHP discussed to evaluation, data analysis. Research results suggests the fact that 5 factors data integrity, internal control, access systems, security and technology, are Most important factors on factors affecting on risk management IT in electronic banking. Therefore, in this study, with the first technique rate these factors and measure their effectiveness in electronic bank.
