Abstract:

Nowadays, determination and observation of Environmental Pollutants is so important. determination of Lead, due to its various negative effects on health has taken a lot of attention. Most appropriate part of our body which best indicates the amount of lead, is blood. It can be determined directly, using Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, whileconsidering its allowable level in human blood. To overcome the problem of chemical interferences, blood samples were diluted with modifier solution, which was consisted of Deionized water, Triton X-100, NH4H2PO4 and HNO3and in order to omit spectrum interferences, Deutrium Lamp was used. In Validation step, a number of parameters were taken into Consideration. Finally, amounts of 2.5657%, 2.7074% , 3.7037 and 3.0589% were obtained for Repeatability and amounts of 3.3900% , 101.86% , 13.14 and 43.79 microgram per litre were obtained for Intermediate Precision, Accuracy, Limit of Detection and Limit of Qualification, Respectively. Finally, Quantitative amount of Uncertainty was measured as a guide to help us to report more appropriate amounts as the instrument answer. Therefore, Expanded uncertainty with 95% Level of Confidence by choosing k=2 were calculated (9.35 microgram per litre ).
