Explain the Relationship between Social Capital and Organizational Entrepreneurship of Bank Employees (Case Study Branches of the Ahvaz Keshavarzi Bank)

The main objective of this study was to explore the relationship between social capital and staff organizational entrepreneurial of the Keshavarzi Bank branches in 20 districts of Ahvaz. The findings suggest that there is a positive significant relationship between social capital and organizational entrepreneurship. The results showed that each of the components of the relationship, there is a significant positive relationship between structural and cognitive social capital with organizational entrepreneurship
