The Relationship organizational health and quality of work life of Youth and Sports Office in Kermanshah Province

Background: The present study aims at investigating The Relationship organizational health and quality of work life of Youth and Sports Office in Kermanshah Province. Materials and Methods: This study is a descriptive correlational survey. Statistical population involving in the present study were all the managers and staff members of Youth and Sports Office in Kermanshah Province and there were 140 of them. Using the categorical random sampling method and Cochran s formula, 105 participants were selected as the sample of this study. Collecting data tools including Hoy et al (1996) organizational health questionnaire and Walton (1973) Quality of work life questionnaire were used. The Reliability coefficients of these questionnaires were 0.81 and 0.83 respectively. To analyse data, descriptive statistics and referential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression analysis) were used Results: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship organizational health and quality of work life of Youth and Sports Office in Kermanshah Province The results of the multiple regressions analysis also indicated organizational health and its dimensions predict the of work life of Youth and Sports Office in Kermanshah Province to 0.396 percent. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the departments of Sport and Youth of higher organizational health managers and employees will be higher quality of working life.
