Abstract:

Background: Present survey is the role of learning organization building blocks on creativity process in the Pars khazar industrial company case study. This study is based on Garvin view in relative with learning organization building blocks (Supportive learning environment, Concrete learning processes and practices, Leadership behaviorthat provides reinforcement) and Plsek view in relative with creativity process (Preparation, Imagination, Development, Action). Materials and Methods: This survey is Descriptive – Correlation. Survey society involve all masters and directors of Pars khazar company, that in order of personal information are 300 persons, by use of simple random sampling method, 168 person chosen as a sample size. Measuring tools in this research is 2 questionnaires that produced by researcher. Questionnaire validity obtains by studying of references and regard of professors and experts. For reliability with use of Kronbakh alpha method, coefficient 0.92 is for learning organization building block and coefficient 0.955 is for creative process. Used descriptive statistics (frequency, frequency, percent, tables, diagram), and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, T test, Pearson Correlation test, Simple linear regression and multiple Linear regression) for analyzing data.Results and Discussions: The results of survey show that, there is a positive relationship between the learning organization building blocks and the creativity process, also a positive relationship between the components of learning organization building blocks and the creativity process. Conclusion: Although the validity and reliability criteria and measures used have been approved and they are a viable choice for this study, but in future research, the study further and deeper investigation may lead to the adoption of new criteria that indicate a new approach to learning organization building blocks and the creativity process.
