VESSEL EXTRACTION BY USING THE Q-SHIFT DUAL-TREE FILTER

We propose an algorithm of vessel extraction for MRA datain this paper. Because of the presence of noise and etc in the MRA images,the vessel extraction is challenging. We use the tight frame algorithm byusing 2D dual complex wavelet with the Q-shift lters for vessel extrac-tion. The garrote thresholding is used for thresholding wavelet coe cients.Numerical examples demonstrate that presented method is very e cient.
