Long term goals are: Return of investment during 5 years , the best center of cataract and LASIC surgery in Iran , Professional Research center , holding seminars and conferences, to have fellovship traninig , to have 50% of market share in Tehran, creating Tele - ophthalmology and high level of employees satisfaction.
