Abstract:
This research aims at providing a knowledge management model on the basis of a learning management system whose type of research is an applied one. This research relies on data and research findings and seeks to identify the components and processes of knowledge management and learning management system (LMS), through discovering relationships, solving its problems and providing a suitable management model. Increase in the amount of information in the world today, has brought about changes in various social systems. One can mention e-learning as a new concept in this area. Learning management system (LMS) is one of the technologies used today by organizations and educational institutions. In virtual training, all student interactions and communication are monitored and their electronic content is viewed through such systems. In this paper, the nature of learning management systems and their goals of creation are introduced, as well as their advantages and disadvantages, are discussed. The results of the study show that efficient and effective learning management systems can play an influential role in the field of knowledge mediation as a new and effective technology in various educational institutions and institutions. The present research is considered as a type of applied research and in terms of the type of research method, moreover, it is of a descriptive-survey research category. Descriptive-survey research investigates the characteristics of the statistical society and examines the current conditions of the statistical society by several traits or variables.
