Cancer is one of the health setor s concerns in modern societies.The application of nanopartcles in neadical science has created new possibilities for the diagnosis and treament of cancer in humans. The present paper reviews the application of mineral and organic nano and nanoparticle nanoparticle nanoparticles in the diagnasis and treatment of cancer. Treatment with this disease often results in failure or serner side effects of the patient using common therapies. Therefore, the need to develop new therapies with controllesd function is well felt. Nanotechnologv comes with the help of medical and pharmaceutical knowledge through the production of nanostructwred drugs that simultaneously have several different capabilities, so that they can detect and treat more effectively the cancer. Nanoparticles such as quantum particles with a central core They are magnetic in nature, for the detection and imaging of cancer, as well as organic nanoparticle systems, such as liposomes, solid lipid nanopareicles, aptamers, dendrimers and nanoparticles, can be used to delivwe drugs and ligands. Aptamers are oligo nucleotide or oeotide molecules that bind to the protein or target cell and are used to diagose, treat, impose and transport drugs Nanobodies also have antibody molecules that are widely used the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. This paper reviews the application of mineral and organic nanostructures and nano-structures in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
