However, the exact mechanisms of gene-nutrient interaction, is not yet fully clear. Identification of gene-nutrient interaction requires the tools for the study of nutrigenomics and phenotypic characteristics. In order to find the available studies on the Gene-nutrient interactions in cancer and perform a review study search was done the databases Medline, Pub med, Science Direct from 2000 to 2015 years.
