Abstract:
Introduction: In this study, the impact of smart classes on student achievement of students and satisfaction of primary school teachers in Dezful is studied to identify the related strategies. Methods: The research method is descriptive-comparative, time realm is the academic year 2014-2015 and population consists of all students and full-time teachers of primary school in smart and traditional schools of Dezful. The sample size was determined based on Cochran s formula (20 smart school teachers and 20 traditional schools teachers) as well as studying the scores of 1,080 students of these schools (540 students of smart schools and 540 students of traditional schools) through random sampling. The instrument used in this study was Job Descriptive Index (JDI) questionnaire with reliability of 0.86, the other measuring tool of the research was students final scores as average and academic achievement. Data analysis was done using SPSS22 software with t-test statistical methods. Results: According to the results of statistical tests, all the hypotheses were confirmed.
