Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to reveal the social responsibility of the company with the performance of the ethical standards, satisfaction and trust of the customers. This research is a part of applied research and in terms of descriptive-survey method. The statistical society of this research includes all private companies of the country with 150 companies The sample size was chosen randomly according to the Morgan-Krejsi formula (1972). A questionnaire from the Park Research (2017) was used to measure the variables of the research. To analyze the hypotheses of the research, the Structural Modeling Method has been used with Lisrel software. The results for hypotheses show that there is a significant relationship between disclosure of social responsibility and ethical standards. There is a significant relationship between moral standard and customer satisfaction. There is a significant relationship between disclosure of social responsibility and customer satisfaction. There is a significant relationship between disclosure of social responsibility and customer trust
