The percentage of burn in the intervention group was 12.1 and in the control group was 14.5%. Chi-square test showed that the distribution of cultures was different in both the control and experimental groups, and 7.8% of the cultures were positive in the control and None of the cultures were reported positive in the intervention group. Conclusion:Considering the positive effect of early replacement of graft and Donor dressing on the reduction of infection in patients with burn wounds, it is recommended to replace the dressings of graft and Denver site within 24 hours.
