Abstract:
Over the past decades, with the growth of societies, environmental issues have become more important. With the expansion and expansion of trade, the transfer of polluting industries from countries with high environmental policies to countries with a mild environmental policy is expanding. Today, the importance of ICT and its role in human beings is not overlooked by anyone, ICT through channels such as electronic waste The environment has a negative impact. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of industrial exports and imports and information technology on environmental pollution in the G8 countries. To achieve this goal, the World Bank s data panel model and World Bank statistics for the period 2000-2016 have been used. The findings of the research show that in the developed countries (G8), the variables of information technology and communication and population concentration respectively have a negative (positive) and positive effect and the variables of the share of export and import industrial goods have an effect on carbon dioxide and according to the income ratio The per capita and pollution index of Kuznets environmental hypothesis is confirmed in this group of countries.
