Abstract:

Background and Aim: Today s world is a world of complexities, and the various needs that are increasing every day, the diversity of requests and needs is about to reveal fundamental deficiencies in various sciences, especially in the field of human sciences. The purpose of this study was to identify attitudes in the field of jahadi management. The research method is descriptive-survey and because of the applicability of Q methodology, it is a type of quantitative-qualitative research. According to the mentioned statistical population, this research includes the directors of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, 10 people were selected as the final sample. This research sample is referred to as research collaborators in this research. Participants in this study ranked the number of 70 phrases as examples of QW expressions. Findings of the research show that, by accurately identifying the attitudes and attitudes existing in the field of Jahadi management and its sound and intelligent management, on the one hand, and determining the requirements and mechanisms of management, executive, human, support, structural and ... On the other hand, the Jahadist management approach, on the other hand, can be exploited to the maximum in a variety of (and, if not undesirable) situations, it can also greatly influence the perimeter of its interior while constructing its interior and introduces new vestiges of revolutionary and jahadi management on the devices and Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
