بمباران بیمارستانی که کودکان، زنان و افراد بی گناه و غیرنظامی در آنجا حضور دارند، به دور از هرگونه انسانیت است در واقع این اقدام مغایر با ارزش های انسانی و اخلاقی و قوانین انسانی بین المللی به ویژه کنوانسیون چهارم ژنو در خصوص قواعد جنگی و جنایت جنگی و نسل کشی است که در کل این تروریسم دولتی است کشوری که تمام قواعد و قوانین بین المللی را زیر پا می گذارد باید از نقشه جهان حذف کرد بر اساس اعلامیه مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد دولتهای عضو تائید کرده اند قتل عام چه در زمان صلح و یا چه در زمان جنگ یک جرم بین بین المللی است که باید از ان جلوگیری کنند و مرتکبین را باید از بین ببرند و در قانون هیچ کشوری بمباران بیمارستان و هلال احمر مجاز نیست و نقض حقوق بین المللی ، بشر و....است در واقع این قتل عام و وحشی گری را نشان می دهد نه دشمنی.از انجا که هیچ چیز نمی تواند این جنایت را توجیح کند باید نهاد های بین المللی به موضوع کشتار کودکان و غیر نظامیان ورود کند در غیر این صورت شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد در صورت قصور و نادیده گرفتن به علت نقص قواعد و قوانین بین المللی باید تاوان این جنایت ها را بدهد.
