Zeynab Nakhaei, CEO of *Ide Gostar Argham Accounting and Technical Training Institute*, holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Taxation from the Industrial Management Organization. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and tax consulting, she is also a lecturer and the author of the book *“Personality-Based Accounting.”* She is a member of the Iranian Association of Certified Accountants. Her mission is to transfer practical financial knowledge to businesses and empower accounting professionals in the job market.
