I am a final-year medical trainee and an interdisciplinary researcher in the fields of medical sciences, psychoneurobiology, and behavioral sciences. My primary research focus centers on stress physiology, cortisol regulation, and the impact of communication skills and human interactions on neuroendocrine responses, particularly within the framework of the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal (HPA) axis. In addition to research on stress and communication, I have been academically engaged in the fields of in vitro fertilization (IVF), family medicine, neurology, otorhinolaryngology (ENT), and herbal medicine. I hold a registered invention in the development and formulation of herbal medications and am particularly interested in evidence-based innovation within phytotherapeutic products. I have participated in international scientific conferences and authored review and analytical articles across various medical disciplines. My research approach emphasizes the integration of clinical medicine, behavioral sciences, and the biological mechanisms of stress within an interdisciplinary framework. Alongside my academic activities, I am professionally active in the field of medical tourism, with experience in coordinating international healthcare services and managing cross-border treatment processes for international patients.
