سید نوید شهیدی نیا

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Petrochemical Industries) and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Separation Processes) from Iran University of Science and Technology, as well as a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Tehran. Shahidi Nia has more than twenty years of professional experience in the petrochemical and refining industries of the country and approximately ten years of senior executive experience, including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) roles and membership on company boards of directors in this value‑creating industry. He is the author of several books and international articles in the fields of oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, as well as management. His research activities include the authorship of six management books and the publication of multiple ISI-indexed articles in management. He has also been actively involved in the translation of authoritative and up‑to‑date management textbooks and has translated two major reference books in the field of management.
