ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL ISSUES – AN INTERNATIONAL VIEW

It is now very clear that ethics and professional issues become important in many countries of the world. However, it is still not fully recognised in some professions, notably those involved in politics, finance and the law. The author has lectured on the subject in the United Kingdom, Syria and Thailand, acquiring experience of the views from many different cultures, which have common problems, but employ different solutions. This paper attempts to present some of the main issues.
