Abstract:
In the paper [HTLV-Infection: A dynamic struggle between viral persistence and host immunity,Aaron G. Lim, Philip K. Maini, Journal of Theoretical Biology 352 (2014) 92-108], the authors proposed a mathematical model for HTLV-I infection, which is a non-linear ordinary differential system. In this paper we compare the numerical solution of the Euler method and the adaptive Runge-Kutta methods for this model.
