Social Capital in Neighbourhood Level The Case Study of Narmak,Tehran, Iran

The social capital in neigbourhood Level has got two historical characteristics interpellated in Iranian cities. In past neighbourhood almost had been interpreted equal to positive capability of social capital. But, currently a few neighbourhood are satisfactorily. working in term of this issue, also it is very important. therefor, this paper are focusing on importance and capability of social capital in current iranian neighbuorhood development. Narmak is one of new neighbourhood which has been developed during last 60 to 70 years. Narmak have been selected for a case study field survey. Because of its distinguished development position. According, field survey using field this neighbourhood has got significant social capital capability. This finding is resulted from observathion and interview techiques. It seems that, it planning and design pattern, as well as its coustraction history high influence on social capitallevel. It in assumpted that. This type of planning, design and Implementation process can make positive influence on development of residential neighbourhoods in current iranian cities in terms of social capitals.
