Abstract:

Introduction: Amylases are one of the most important enzymes in biotechnology, The starch molecules to polymers composed of glucose units, are hydrolyzed. Amylases are widely used in various industries such as textile, Paper, prepared fructose and glucose syrups, fruit juices, sweeteners, industrial fermentation, detergent, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical.Material and Methods: After collecting samples, transferred to the laboratory and heat treatment, bacterial suspension was prepared. The samples were transferred to starch agar medium. Those colonies that were isolated by adding Reagents Gram has amylase activity and Evaluation of biochemical, genetic and molecular done. Results: Overall, a total of 60soil samples were collected from different parts of West Mazandaran, After starch agar culture were prepared by serial dilution of 10-2 to 10-7 single colonies. With Gram staining and microscopic observation, the 40 subjects were seen as gram-positive bacillus Containing spores. Among the examples are the production of amylase was the most studied molecular and biochemical effects of temperature changes on the growth of the sample. Conclusion: Given the widespread presence of Bacillus in the soil and activity of amylase of Bacillus in the soil, Soil can be cited as a prime source of amylase in the industry And using appropriate strategies can be applied in various industries.
