A Review on Transforming of Relational Databases to Ontology Methods

Find and integration of information are two major challenges in the field of information technology. Ontology is a method for semantic modeling of specificdomain and is one of the key technologies in Semantic Web. It provides shareable and reusable knowledge about a specific domain. Since most of the data are inthe database, especially relational databases (RDB), there is need to transform these data to ontology. This paper presents a review on recent approaches that transformed relational databases to ontologies.
