Abstract:
High growth and increasing traffic and transportfinished vehicles, a significant impact on how organize theflow of parts to automakers and agencies have As a result,SMEs improve its position as a highly responsive, withminimal costs and efficiency of human resource (HR). Thispaper is the result of field research to determine theeffectiveness of the HR activity in SMEs of Iran and focuseson information technology deals the indicators used in themodel include: IT focus, IT Valence, IT Competency, ITManagerial Commitment, IT Resource Commitment andHR efficiency identified. Data collected by questionnairesfrom managers and experts have been SMEs in Iran. Forhypotheses testing the structural equation methods andAMOS software has been used, Results shown, focusing oninformation technology has significant impacts on ITindicators. As a result the impact of, IT valence, ITcompetency and IT Managerial Commitment analytics togain HR efficiency was not approved, but the rest of thefactors were confirmed.
