Consideration of margin-resident’s phenomen on in ahwaz city. (case study is regin of manbaa AB)

Rapid growth and changes of city dweller in 20 years ago cause to double population in cities,in which ahwaz so include in this rule. Since ,there is a agitation’s environmentsin margin of this city and this phenomenon is cause to expanding uncompatible physician tissue in city. Ahwaz has 57 margin region in which this region are exist in east ,south and east of ahwaz city .the main reason of argin resident in ahwaz is migration in addition ,factorssuch as unexpensive of lond’s price ,growth of population and land of residente has a more effect is growth and expand of margin tissue .this margin resident lands are caused to absorb poor and little incom’s group to itself because of suitable culture,social and economic’s properties of restricted group ,such as this land we can point to manbaa Ab in east of ahwaz ,in which it exist on full grade’s hills karoon.in according to this project ,wepay to consider of culture,social,economic’s attributes specially physician frame marginresident in ahwaz city .so we pay to study of city in expanding the region of manbaa Ab and then we give a clear –picture of margin-resident’s societies .
