Abstract:
in this paper, a new approach which applies fuzzy Delphi method in the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method is proposed to select optimum maintenance strategy. Thia approach is based on representation of decision matrix and weights in TOPSIS method with fuzzy numbers. fuzzy Delphi method is applied for the assessment of the decision matrix and the related weights, considering the expert’s opinion. Using this methods, both tangible and intangible goals dealing with the selection problem are considered. Fuzzy Delphi method generates L-R fuzzy number which can measure more adequate information about the nature of opinions. Yager ranking method is used as a transformation method for fuzzy numbers in selection problem. finally, through a heuristic algorithm, the main steps of the proposed method are presented.
