Abstract:
In plants with many numbers of state variables,designing high order observer is not practical, thereupon many researches have done in such as these systems for stateestimation. State estimation when exist unknown inputs is of considerable importance problem because in practice there aremany situations where cannot prevent plant disturbance presence or some of inputs are inaccessible. In this paper, a simple approach for decentralized state estimation in largescale plants with known and unknown inputs is proposed that it builds a reduced order local observer with unknown input. Inthis method, a large scale dynamical system decomposed into a number of interconnected subsystems. We consider theinterconnection affects among the subsystems as unknown inputs. At the end, simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the method.
