Identifying and prioritizing of the risk of dam – making projects by using of multi – criteria decision making method

Dams can be undoubtedly considered as the most important underlying installations of each country , which by storing and adjusting of water , play an important role in economical blooming . By attention to the remarkable volume that are stored in the reservoirs behind dams , the large dams can potentially bevery dangerous . For this , among the attempts that are necessary in the activity of control of dams , is proceeding of the operation of investigation and identifying of it`s risks . The dam – making projects have more risks than the other projects , because these projects need to the high expenditures and complexlocation conditions . Therefore knowing of risk resources and uncertentity in dam – making projects and investigation and evaluating of these resources , are very important for identifying of their most important and effecting in the project . In this research , at first it is paid to the identifying of the available risks inthe dam – making projects and after it , by using of the FMEA method , it is paid to the prioritizing of these risks and it`s critical risks are determined . After determination of the critical risks , it is paid to the prioritizing of these risks by using of the methods of multi – criterion decision making and at the end it is paid to the investigation of this matter that how much each one of the elements of project had role in the creating of the risk of dam – making projects .
