Abstract:
Evaluating is a primary work to recognize the faults of the organization and help it to improve. In this paper we do it with SIR (Superiority and Inferiority Ranking) method which is oneof the multiple criteria decision making methods. As the data is not usually enough or reliable, we use Grey numbers. Part ١ is introduction, part ٢ is literature review, in part ٣ we present the method, part is numerical Example and the last part is conclusion
