Abstract:

In recent years, relatively suitable attempts have been done in regard with transforming forgotten industrial works to the static and alive collections in order to enhance social happiness level and consumers’ satisfaction. One of these renovations has been occurred in Ghasr prison which has been transformed to Ghasr museum garden. These kinds of renovations and retrieving have been in regard with promotion and paying attention to the valuable industrial heritage. Now, this dissertation has been taken an action to determine and rank requirements affecting on satisfaction increase of museum garden visitors and in this regard, a very powerful means in engineering modern science and a systematic approach called Quality Function Development has been employed. At first, requirements are identified and their weights are obtained and in the next step, by determining requirements and forming correlation and communication matrix, needs are determined. According to the obtained results, the most important demands are: visual attractiveness for different social classes inducing comfort feeling in audience and the most important requirements to achieve these demands are creating an un-leveling space and quiet privacy and considering transparent wall to the edge of the park. A collection of Tehran municipality and cultural heritage and tourism can apply results obtained from this study in regard with enhancement and development of their service quality
