Jacket platforms use for the extraction and producing of oil and gas. The cost of design, construction and installation of offshore platforms is high, therefore further use and keep it healthy is important. For an exciting jacket the safety and reliability of the platform is surveyed to extending of platform service life. Pushover analysis will be performed to assessment of platforms. In this paper, the ultimate capacity of the jacket platform in different cases have been investigated. Authors aim to study the effect of Pile Soil Interaction (PSI), fixed end -jacket, influence launching truss, joint cans and horizontal braces
